I received my ring, but it's the wrong size. After several attempts to contact them to return the ring back to them (they are based in Japan) without a response back, I called my bank (Chase Bank), and they credited back my credit card immediately, as they would not return many attempts to them. I heard PayPal will credit you back as well.

  Not happy with this company. Ordered a ring on 12/23 & as of 2/2 still no ring. Their customer service is horrendous.. They do not answer emails and the phone number provided does not work.

  This company gives you the run-around! I have requested the address for a refund 3 times, as the quality of their CZ is the WORST I've ever seen! They have offered everything, except the address to send to! I believe this company is a scam, as they're located in China. BUYER BEWARE! Do not purchase from this company! The quality is horrible and they do not honor their 30 day return policy!

5. When I have questions, can I contact the customer service staff of the website Amarley.com in time? I don't want to wait long.

6. Is payment safe? I don't want to shop on a scammer's website, so you must at least keep Amarley.com safe.
