  What a wonderful dress came out of such a small box! This dress arrived today and it fits very well. I was nervous ordering it on the website because I was unable to try it on but it fit true to size. Very good quality and lots of details! I look forward to wearing it in my friend's wedding.

  I purchased an amazing dress from herdress.co.uk last month and was really impressed with everything from the product to the customer service. I was very surprised how nice the dress is! I took one other colour - pearl pink, and the dress looked great. The dress was very good done, very professional. For those that complain about sizing - when you order anything online you run the risk of it not fitting. I know i can walk into most shops and fit items from a XS through to a Med because all fits/cuts/fabrics are different. So happy with herdress and will definetly be purchasing more dresses in the future!

  This is a beautiful dress. the cut is elegant and the custom tailoring was right on. I was so impressed with the dress, the quality is fantastic and the colour was a great match. thank you. for such a great service, and a great dress! I would definitely order through your company again. The delivery took a little longer than expected, but it was worth the wait.

  Bought a dress and jacket for my sons wedding, Shipping and making time was fast! The jacket was just what I wanted. Looked great on me when I first tried it. Quality and design were simple but up to the standard and the amount I paid. My hubby loved it too. Sure to shop again from this site.

  After a year of planning my wedding and trying to find some place that could make a plus Size wedding dress, we finally found it. Within a month of communication with the site, we had created a way better design than we originally planned! It was so easy even buying the dress from them. It was even completed 2 weeks earlier than expected so we had more time to plan for the wedding. We cannot give enough credit to this company and their workers, we are so pleased with the service and the dress. We will definitely be back in the future and will be recommend the Site to friends and family. THANK YOU!!

  I ordered a dress for my daughters debs/prom from this site-A-line V-neck Beading Sleeveless Floor-length Tulle Dress, and it arrived today-17/08/16, arrival time was for around the 15/08/16, so not bad delivery time to ireland, dpd delivered and customs charged 24 euro, I am very happy with the dress, I ordered blue colour and custom measurement, and it is perfect size and very well made, beading and sequins are very nice and neat, the dress has lining, underskirt, tulle and is well layered so it nice and full, and bodice is boned and pleat design is really nice, i ordered a dress with corset back to tighten or loosen to give a good fit, so i have to give full marks! couldn't be happier, i was worried when i'd seen some reviews but the dress is 10/10!

  Do not buy from these people avoid at all costs! I provided custom measurements and they couldn't even get that right - when I challenged them they avoid emails having now to claim back through my bank zero stars! Service is appalling

  Iv just received two wedding dresses quality was good , as in picture , arrived quick , fit perfect but did order size larger , but they fit like a glove , so might be worth ordering size bigger , in all iv been more than happy and would certainly order from them again , five star

  I am in dispute with HERDRESS now on twelfth e mail. They sent a turquoise dress when I had ordered navy/ dark blue. They are now offering 8 % discount which us about �� 8 for a totally useless tacky dress instead of honoring their 'no quibble' returns policy foitems of the wrong colour! No stars

  We just received my daughters prom dress 3/4/17. It is stunning and is the exact measments we asked for( we will hem it up a bit) I have to say I am floored that we got exactly what we ordered due to all bad press online dress companies get ( usually well deserved) Not this time though. Herdress made my daughters prom dress dreams come true!!

  My daughter's is lovely! Few, minor tucks on seam and yes, it comes folded up in a bag but if you order early enough, you have time for creases to drop if you hang it up. Slightly different on back to picture, a square back instead of long, pointed V but this is nicer and more appropriate for my 15 year old. Fabric is good quality and heavily lined. I would have paid a lot more in a shop for this dress or to have it made by a local dressmaker. I paid ��116 including delivery but when the courier contacts you there is an additional ��4.35 for importing costs so be aware of this. For what I paid, the dress is lovely. Better than expected after reading some reviews of people's poor experience which worried me. I actually emailed herdress to cancel in the early stages because of poor reviews and they asked me to trust them. Every time I emailed they replied immediately rea**uring me. Dress came on day as arranged. Company perhaps need to say you may not always get exact match to the picture. Overall, I feel happy with what I got, for what I paid but you always take a risk ordering online. I had my daughter's custom made so sizes were exact. Perhaps order a little larger to allow room for error as it's easy to have a dress taken in or up if it's too big but not if it's too small. My daughter is ecstatic! I am relieved! I rate 4 out of 5 stars because of the few minor errors.

  My dress came on time, looks amazing so happy with the outcome. I'd amit I was so worried about it arriving by reading all the bad reviews but it came ontime and fits perfectly I won't need any adjustments to the dress. They are small sizes as I needed to get a size 10 for it to be a uk 8. I can't wait to wear.

  I was surprised by the quality and detail in the dress. I was overall very very pleased with dress and it was absolutely beautiful. It came little earlier than expected, which was good because it did need some alterations. Despite that, I was more than happy with the dress. Here is a picture that shows detail on the lace.

  I recently bought my prom dress with this website and I received the dress 2 weeks after I ordered it. The dress fit perfectly and was exactly like how it looked in the picture. I recommend using their sizing chart to make sure you get the right fit. The dress a little expensive but it is unique. I do however advise those ordering from outside the U.S to read the return policy BEFORE ordering because I didn't realize that I would have to pay for shipping if I wanted to return the dress and that I would only get store credit, until after I ordered the dress. So read all the policies before ordering. Overall, I am very happy with my experience with this website and would recommend to others who are looking for prom dresses!

1. Is the quality of the goods I bought very good?

2. how about the delivery speed? Is it procrastinating?

3. Is it convenient to refund? Do you know that sometimes the goods delivered are not right?

4. Is it convenient to exchange goods? Do you provide a perfect way of exchange.

5. When I have questions, can I contact the customer service staff of the website HerDress.co.uk in time? I don't want to wait long.

6. Is payment safe? I don't want to shop on a scammer's website, so you must at least keep HerDress.co.uk safe.

7. Please keep my personal information and payment information confidential. I don't want to report the loss to the credit card bank. Fortunately, I haven't encountered these things yet.
