We ordered a prom dress on 3-6-16, and haven't seen it yet. Prom is next weekend. Hopefully the dress will get here and fit, however, it doesn't seem that likely, now that I have read all these comments. :(

  Susie - we too have been waiting on a dress with no correspondence in several days. Promised delivery 3-25 and no one is responding back. I do believe we have been scammed. Wish I hadn't hurriedly ordered before I checked this out. Buyers beware!

5. When I have questions, can I contact the customer service staff of the website PromBest.com in time? I don't want to wait long.

6. Is payment safe? I don't want to shop on a scammer's website, so you must at least keep PromBest.com safe.

7. Please keep my personal information and payment information confidential. I don't want to report the loss to the credit card bank. Fortunately, I haven't encountered these things yet.
