I have never purchased a dress online due to being unsure on sizing! I must say ... FANTASTIC!! And that doesn't even give it justice! I have never been so happy with a purchase!   Terrible!!!!, I ordered a custom dress and they completely messed it up. I only said five stars so people would see this comment. When I asked for a refund they were so rude and would only offer me small percentages of what I paid, this company cannot make a semi decent dress. Would not even recommend this to my worst enemy.

  I'm having this exact issue at the moment, been fighting for a refund for months now. how did you resolve this issue as I won't take no for an answer since it was such an expensive dress.

  i have had really good service from bellewishes and would have no hesitation in recommending them to any prospective customers. They keep me informed of my orders, deliveries and any delays, always on the ball.

  Upon only wanting the genuine dress design with the advertised thicker lace, we placed an order with the company directly expecting to receive exactly what is advertised on their website & as shown. When the dress arrived, it had been produced with a different lace to what is actually advertised. At no point were we made aware that they could not supply exactly what they advertise or if we were happy to proceed with an imitation/smaller lace design as a replacement. We would not have proceeded with the order through the company if we were made aware that we would not be receiving the genuine advertised item. Upon raising my concerns & disappointment with the company, they denied their mistake only stating 'product looks nice'. It may only be a small detail to them but to us it wasn't what we wanted or expected. We tried to do the right thing by ordering the genuine advertised item to ensure to receive the thicker lace they advertise but they failed to deliver the genuine advertised product or admit it is different even with photographic proof. If you are thinking or ordering & want exactly what they show, be careful & ensure every detail of your order is exactly what you want & expect because unfortunately we believed they would supply exactly what they advertise, but we were supplied an imitation. Our satisfaction has not been guaranteed by this company despite their advertised promises.

  Nice price - 99 USD for a pretty dress. i received my dress and a beautiful pair of high heels this morning i have really got to say a very special thanks to the live chat staff as i was very nervous but after speaking to them everything was fine.

  While looking online for an evening party dress I needed this company or a resembling company but had never been lucky. Once I got here I found out they had the exact design I was looking for here. They were easy to order from. I got a confirmation email when I ordered and another when it shipped. It came within the time frame they had predicted. I even got a hand written note thanking me for ordering and a 10 bucks coupon code which am yet to use. I'll be checking their stocks first when ordering anything online.

  I ordered an elegant high low dress and was more than surprised when it arrived. Stunning dress and gorgeous fitting :-) The dress needed to be hemmed and even my tailor commented on how elegant the dress was. The dress was for my Birthday. I felt like a princess for the day with the final product. Thank you. I will definitely come back to this site if i am in need of a formal dress in the future :-)
