My kids picked out a Father’s Day gift for their dad from Blingsay.com on June 2, 2021. However, the order didn’t make it until June 25th. When I purchased this item, it gave me a delivery date prior to Father’s Day. However, the gift not arriving in time was not the only issue. There were 4 pieces broken and the message on the picture was missing one of our kids name. I asked for refund and this company’s response was to see if I could glue the piece back on and they would send me the missing piece. I again, I informed them there were no pieces missing they were broke and the message didn’t have my son’s name on it! I spent $70.90 for this gift and the company’s next response to me was they could refund me 40% back! I would never use them again!

1. Is the quality of the goods I bought very good?

2. how about the delivery speed? Is it procrastinating?

3. Is it convenient to refund? Do you know that sometimes the goods delivered are not right?

4. Is it convenient to exchange goods? Do you provide a perfect way of exchange.

5. When I have questions, can I contact the customer service staff of the website blingsay.com in time? I don't want to wait long.

6. Is payment safe? I don't want to shop on a scammer's website, so you must at least keep blingsay.com safe.

7. Please keep my personal information and payment information confidential. I don't want to report the loss to the credit card bank. Fortunately, I haven't encountered these things yet.
