Can u tell me why as I,e bought prom dress from here for my daughter

  I was really sceptical about buying my dress online without seeing it or trying it on but didnt want to spend thousands in a shop! I finally bit the bullet and ordered this dress as the pictures looked lovely! I used the custom/own size service as im a weird size with different clothing (usually a 14) I would really recommend the own size as it's a true measurement and they get it spot on! (Mine is only a tiny bit big at the top for me but that's because I have lost weight since I ordered it so that's nothing to do with these wonderful people) the detail on the dress is stunning..and honestly for £137 It's such a bargain as you would probably pay 5 times as much in a shop! The contact they have with you is great too..many emails about getting the size just right and making sure it will arrive in plenty of time. I ordered mine on 14th Dec and it arrived 9th Jan (26 days) so came earlier than expected which was great! I really would like to thank who ever spent the time and effort to ma

1. Is the quality of the goods I bought very good?

2. how about the delivery speed? Is it procrastinating?

3. Is it convenient to refund? Do you know that sometimes the goods delivered are not right?

4. Is it convenient to exchange goods? Do you provide a perfect way of exchange.

5. When I have questions, can I contact the customer service staff of the website feeltimes.com in time? I don't want to wait long.

6. Is payment safe? I don't want to shop on a scammer's website, so you must at least keep feeltimes.com safe.

7. Please keep my personal information and payment information confidential. I don't want to report the loss to the credit card bank. Fortunately, I haven't encountered these things yet.
