"There is no 3 day express shipping"

  The company offers 3 day express shipping that they do not actually do. They say processing time is 7-10 days with 3-6 days shipping. The company said my package was shipped on the 30th of the month but then I got a tracking number on the 4th saying it was shipped on the 5th of the following month and that it wouldnt be here for another 2 weeks. The customer service sucks. They o ly respond with prewritten messages about their shipping policy which isn't even facts. Good luck teying to even get a responds. No credit issued for a service they say they have but don't.

  I am thrilled with the vintage style and all the sparkle love all of the vintage detailI get complimented on the ring constantly People think it's an actual vintage ring. This is the first one my fianc saw, and he did a great job. can't wait to wear the full set!

  DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! After 1 day of receiving my ring the stone was loose in the main setting, I had to pay a jeweler to tighten the prongs. Now a week later the prong is completely bent to the side and after emails back and forth with customer service with pictures they offered me a 8% refund and says they can't see anything wrong instead of asking for me to return the ring and either replace, another ring @ the same price, or a refund. The metal bent so easily on the prong and I take this ring off to do everything that could cause any damage. Very unsatisfied customer and do not recommend anyone purchase from them. And for some reason I can't change the stars on this rating from 5 to 1. Should be - stars for the terrible customer service.

  I ordered promise ring and I still didn't get it. I was thinking to give my friend surprise. Because of your company's shipping method I can't give her surprise. For that I pay extra for shipping. How long it's going to take for small rings????? But still I'm giving you 5 stars because of quality and price.

  My ring i ordered still isn't here and I keep getting delayed and delayed responses when it was supposed to arrive on the 23rd of December. No one answers the phone and no true answer to when anything is gonna happen. Still am gonna give it a good rating just because I'm hard to deal with but they kept me in the loop

  I agree with you I even paid for better shipping and nothing has been done on time. This was a waste of my money concidering I can't even get an exact answer. It's 2 weeks late now and no word for it.

  My ring arrived today through DHL. By the way it was a quick service and very friendly. I think it took a little while because this company is out of United states and it is a new company. I like my ring I hope the silver don't change to a rusty color as they sent me a cloth to clean it. I think a little bit of patience is necessary because at the end you'll receive your order not matter what.

  Although it took quite some time to get my rings they were well worth the wait! The quality is amazing the anodizing on them was on point and the stones are absolutely gorgeous! I will def be a repeat customer!

2. how about the delivery speed? Is it procrastinating?

3. Is it convenient to refund? Do you know that sometimes the goods delivered are not right?

4. Is it convenient to exchange goods? Do you provide a perfect way of exchange.

5. When I have questions, can I contact the customer service staff of the website Joancee.com in time? I don't want to wait long.

6. Is payment safe? I don't want to shop on a scammer's website, so you must at least keep Joancee.com safe.
