I purchased a bathing suit and it is not what I expected and does not fit well. I have sent customer service 3 emails and no one is getting back to me at Palmcici.

  Palmcici.com - ordered a swimsuit which is too small. There is supposed to be an email required for return or exchange, but my emails requesting exchange have never been answered ( it’s been 2 weeks of emailing). So now I’m out close to $50 for a swimsuit I can’t wear.

  I sent several emails to ask about the return procedure. Suit fits but poor elasticity. Never received a reply. Not convinced the company allows for any returns.

  I just received my swimsuit and I love it. The quality is great and it fits perfect.

  I am extremely disappointed with the poor customer service. I followed the procedure to send a bathing suit back. I have emailed three times and not heard anything. This website is a scam and I would beware before you buy anything from them. Absolutely discusted.
