We had precisely the same experience. We ordered a 6 and it fit my daughter's friend who is a size 2. They tell you to get it fixed "in local"; however, there is no way to make a dress larger. Will not exchange or refund our money.

HORRIBLE BUSINESS!! DO NOT order from here. Their return policy is horrible. I bought a dress for my sweet 18, it came in ripped and it looked nothing like the dress I ordered, and they did not let me return it, they offered me an 8% refund which is nothing compared to what I paid for the dress. Do not recommend this website AT ALL.

Delivery time was great but the dress quality wasn't too great. The detail in the beading looks like a child did it and some of the sequence is sewn directly under the armpit so there's and irritation. Over the dress looks like the picture and it was decent. You get what you pay for but I am pleased with the dress.
