I am beyond happy with my dress. It was elegant, beautiful and just so AMAZING. I would say just go for it if you are doubting about purchasing a dress from JoinProm. I know i had my doubts but i fell in love with it once i tried it on. A few alterations needed but nothing to bad.

Ok so i looked and looked for a dress for my wedding and i found and fell in love with this one. I was very hesitant to order off this site but I DID and I am VERY HAPPY with the results. I am a Plus Size woman and the dress was custom made to my measurements and I received the dress 18 days from order date and it fits great for making it site unseen. I do have to have just a couple things altered (Very Minor) but it is beautiful and will look great for my Special Day! Thank you to ALL who worked so well with me to make my dress - You Girls ARE THE BEST!

We ordered a burgundy mermaid prom dress and were so pleased with the finished product. It looked exactly like the picture and the custom measurements were good but we had to get some minor alterations to the sleeves since those were not included in the measurements. Overall, we were extremely satisfied and felt like we'd have paid several hundred dollars more if we'd have bought the same dress in-store. We paid extra for the rush delivery and it even came two days earlier than expected.

I love I love my dress so much , great quality and very stunning. I recommend this site but when ordering be sure to do custom measures and make sure the fabrics color matches with the shade you want because it differs for every fabric

Okay so i read all of these and was really nervous to order my prom dress from here. But i didnt have anytime to actually go look for one so i took the risk. I ordered my dress on April 13th and recieved on April 28th i spoke to someone on the live chat and they helped me a lot. I recieved my dress and it is absolutely perfect!! I love it very much it fits my body perfectly. Im so happy with it and cant wait to wear it at prom

I order I navy blue dres with a low back and the dress came just like in the picture the quality of the dress was wonderful and the sender kept sending me updates about the dress so if your thinks about ordering from here I think you should

I commented on this a while back. And some asked for a picture so here is one. It was absolutely amazing. Best choice I have ever made. Also have had about 5 people ask if they can borrow it. Would recommend this sight to anyone.

I'm in love with my dress! It looks great in and fits just how I was hoping. There is a set of buttons I want fixed to hold the pieces together but other than that the dress is amazing.

My daughter and I were so excited when we found the prom dress that she had pictured in her head on this site and could not beat the price of the dress. We ordered the dress and it was not until after we placed the order that I started doing some research as far as other peoples reviews and input. I then became worried that we made a very bad decision...but among the bad reviews there were some good reviews, so I just basically had to trust that we were getting what we had ordered. It got here prior to its promised arrival date and it simply beautiful. Fits her like a glove! Very satisfied!!

I ordered my prom dress about 3 weeks ago. it is red on the website, but I like it is in champagne so I asked the customer service by email if it is possible to make it in Champagne,they replied Yes. The Dress is great! Absoutely what I want!

I was really skeptical about buying from this website at first but I am so happy with my purchase. I did custom sizing and it came and fit perfectly. It did take a month to get here but it was so worth the wait. It looks exactly like the picture showed. I saw very mixed reviews so I was really nervous but it came and it was perfect. If I can find a way to insert a picture I will. I would definitely recommend this website.

Bought this dress for my daughter's homecoming dresses. We absolutely love the selection and the customer service!! Last year we shopped all over town before finally finding a dress at joinprom. This year, we didn't waste our time going anywhere else. My daughter absolutely loves the fact that they do not offer the same dress in every size and that she can go to the dance knowing that there won't be a bunch of other girls wearing the same dress! I would recommend this site to anyone looking for quality dresses at a reasonable prices.

I order a prom dress from here, I started looking at the reviews and some were awful and it made me nervous. I got my dress and it was PERFECT! Exaclty what I order, I customized my size and it fit absolutely perfect and the prices are not high!! Definitely recommend!

I ordered a dress for my prom very scared about what the outcome was going to be. It is white and I was afraid it would be see through and then reading the reviews I thought it would be botched and not good I was terrified! Throughout the process I emailed join prom many times. And they were always very prompt and emailed me right back which I loved. My dress finally got here. Only two days late. And it is perfect! There are a few unnoticeable differences form the dress, but it is perfect and I am very impressed by the work they did. Loved my experience. It was very worth the risk for me!

I found a beautiful dress on this website that I wanted for my senior prom, I ordered it and then shortly after completing my order I started reading the reviews. Some reviews for this website were terrible and scared me, so I attempted to cancel my dress order but it was too late. My dress arrived at my house before it was even supposed to, and it was AMAZING. It was beautifully made and it also fit me perfectly, I could not believe how perfect this dress was when the website has such awful reviews. They have great service, fabulous quality and fast shipping. I'm so sorry to all of the people that had bad experiences but I just felt the need to share my good experience.

I hope to express some information from the review to other people.

At least what I want to know:

1. Is the quality of the goods I bought very good?

2. how about the delivery speed? Is it procrastinating?

3. Is it convenient to refund? Do you know that sometimes the goods delivered are not right?

4. Is it convenient to exchange goods? Do you provide a perfect way of exchange.

5. When I have questions, can I contact the customer service staff of the website JoinProm.com in time? I don't want to wait long.

6. Is payment safe? I don't want to shop on a scammer's website, so you must at least keep JoinProm.com safe.

7. Please keep my personal information and payment information confidential. I don't want to report the loss to the credit card bank. Fortunately, I haven't encountered these things yet.
