My daughter just received her dress for prom. I had seen many good reviews but only after ordering, I started seeing many more bad reviews. So I got nervous and emailed them about one week in after they received payment/ order because they said it would be received before May 15th and the dress was still being "processed" one week before that date. I had paid $39.99 for rush order ( not custom made, just measured chest, hips, waist to get size). My daughter had a little over 3 wks before prom. They answered 2 days later stating it was almost done and shipped soon AND I had to tell them again when I wanted the dress by., which was totally strange and nerve wrecking !!! I sent them a copy of my email purchase confirmation. It arrived today, May 13, before expected date. The dress looks almost like the picture, the gown's tail is longer than we expected because it didn't seem that long in their pic. They don't have a phone number. Their live chat does not work and takes you to their email. I would buy purchase if you have plenty of time to wait for the dress.

  Yes, my daughter just received hers today, two days earlier than expected. I panicked a little when I saw it was still being processed a week ago since I ordered it rush delivery. I did email them and sent a copy of my purchase confirmation. It was strange that ,when they emailed me back (two days later), they asked me the date I wanted it for, when the website itself said it would arrive before May 15 if I ordered that day. The dress fits correctly, but the tail is a bit longer than expected and I could not tell from their pic how the tail looked.

  I ordered my daughter's on the 29th, and received it today....I also did rush and expected it before May 15th. O emailed them last Friday because it was still being processed and sent them a copy of my email confirmation telling them i had a rush order. I guess we were one of the lucky ones.

  Actually pleasently surprised .. I saw the comments about Zoe prom but once received dress I fell in love , looks very similar to picture in is pretty good quality

At least what I want to know:

1. Is the quality of the goods I bought very good?

2. how about the delivery speed? Is it procrastinating?

3. Is it convenient to refund? Do you know that sometimes the goods delivered are not right?

4. Is it convenient to exchange goods? Do you provide a perfect way of exchange.

5. When I have questions, can I contact the customer service staff of the website ZoeProm.com in time? I don't want to wait long.

6. Is payment safe? I don't want to shop on a scammer's website, so you must at least keep ZoeProm.com safe.

7. Please keep my personal information and payment information confidential. I don't want to report the loss to the credit card bank. Fortunately, I haven't encountered these things yet.
