I read these reviews after placing my order for my dress, and I was a bit skeptical, but I was able to get in contact with customer service and they promised me a full refund if my dress didn't come on time. I placed my order April 9, 2018 and aid $40 extra for it to come before April 25, 2018. I just received my dress today and it is exactly what it showed on the picture.. I hope this helps

  I got my dress and I really do love it! Looks like the picture and fits good! It's a little long but it's still so beautiful! It even came a day before it was suppose to.

5. When I have questions, can I contact the customer service staff of the website ZoeProm.com in time? I don't want to wait long.

6. Is payment safe? I don't want to shop on a scammer's website, so you must at least keep ZoeProm.com safe.

7. Please keep my personal information and payment information confidential. I don't want to report the loss to the credit card bank. Fortunately, I haven't encountered these things yet.
